Business Development Partner – Madeira Medical
Dr Sundeep Soin is an experienced General Practitioner with a broad background in family medicine, clinical leadership, and healthcare service development. He has worked across both NHS and private sectors, combining his clinical expertise with a passion for improving patient access and quality of care. Dr Soin started in Madeira Medical in 2005 and started as partner in 2011.
A graduate in Medicine with postgraduate training in General Practice, Dr Soin holds the MRCGP, DFFP, DRCOG and a Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education. His special interests include dermatology, Aesthetic medicine and men’s health. As a GMC approved educational supervisor and ex-Lead appraiser for Surrey primary care trust, he is actively involved in training and mentoring GP trainees and developing primary care teams.
At Madeira Medical, Dr Soin leads on business development and service innovation, ensuring that the practice continues to evolve and meet the needs of its patients and community. Known for his approachable and compassionate manner, he strives to create a setting where patients feel listened to, cared for, and confident in the medical advice they receive.
Outside of clinical work, Dr Soin is a keen advocate for healthy living, digital transformation in healthcare, and Scuba diving.
